money
Where do they get their value these paper rectangles that represent the values that are printed on them?
Currently the bank notes and coins , do not base their value on gold deposited in the central banks of each country.
The current monetary system is based on trust and confidence that inspire the economies of the countries.
Hard to believe, but so does the global monetary system , called trustee system , which means more or less that the state is given the power to manage through money , credit operations and sale.
In the so-called " Gold Standard " ( the countries central banks kept their gold that backed the value of money in circulation ) , was in force in the nineteenth century and until the First World War .
In the first decades of the twentieth century , England was the first to abolish it and change the system trust .
So and so , it is not gold that glitters , and these roles and current coins have the value that gives them faith !
