To eat or not to eat, is that the question?




Often other confident in our ability to care for our weight and we overlooked some of the variables of the "good food", such as excessive rest or lack of exercise
Another variable is eating before bed, and one more is unaware of our anxieties, worries, predisposing to weight gain as diabetes. 
One must know how to distinguish real hunger hunger anxiety. The latter occurs all the time and should control what makes us suffer from anxiety. 
The best advice is to go to a nutritionist to be controlling us, and meanwhile realize our eating behaviors, if possible keep a record of when, how and what we eat anything.
