It is obvious that by exercising regularly, our body and mind better. The body develops more harmonically and spirit takes strength, determination, better character and sociability. 
Everyone should choose a sport that is best suited to their development. You could consult with a specialist who will indicate what sport might take. 
From simple walk to the gym will help us have a better life and a better outlook on life. 
I particular, I walk two to three miles every other day.
