International Bill of Human Rights

I think an International Bill of Human Rights is not required to recognize that life is inviolable, that freedom of expression is irreplaceable, that everyone professes faith in free thought, What to protect the weakest (children and elderly), 

  The December 10, 1948 the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted and proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in  resolution 217 A (III), in response to the horrors of World War II and as an attempt to lay the foundations of the new international order that emerged after the end of the war.

the right to health, food, and overall to have a decent life.
