In the food chain, there are two extremes. On the one hand, carnivores and at the other end, herbivores. At the end of carnivores are large predators like tigers, lions, polar bears, wolves, mongooses, sharks and others.
Among the herbivores have cattle, horses, giraffes, sheep, etc.
The carnivores have small, sharp teeth to cut and tear.
Herbivores have big teeth and flattened for crushing and grinding.
And humans? have teeth adapted for tearing: fangs. And we have teeth adapted for crushing: the molars.
So humans are omnivorous feeding on meat and vegetables.
We eat to be healthy both groups.
