Concentrating
The concentration can be defined as the ability to engage in a task, ignoring different distractors.
These distractions can be diverse, for example, another task , noise, people talking about music at high volume , radio I built this blogger and others.
The concentration can be exercise and for that , I include some exercise :
I present three charts , which you should look into the center of each of them, holding the eye in the center circle for as long as possible without causing discomfort. (I suggest looking at the first chart for about a minute, for a few days to feel that keeps eyes focused on the center circle without being distracted by the time you decide. Then begins to figure 2 , and does the same , and so until the figure 3 . 'll see how it improves your concentration).

Of course, if you feel discomfort with these exercises , do not , consult an ophthalmologist.
When performing the exercises , you can sharpen , eyes twinkling .
