Do you suffer from anxiety?
No one said life is easy, but living it is a beautiful experience .
Those ups and downs of life are leading to the unrest that has been called " anxiety " .
One can not concentrate on the task at hand , one is not calm , one could not calm down .
Some authors claim that they are psychological states , while others say it is an imbalance of brain neurotransmitter substances .
Anyway, we lose anxiety calm and eventually can cause disorders such as breathing problems , tachycardia , weakness, sweating , nausea , fear , insomnia etc .
And how to treat these states of anxiety and distress ?
One way is through respiration.
Go to a quiet place in your home , sit back , relax all over, put a hand on his stomach and concentrate on your breathing , notice how with each breath , the hand moves . Expire fully emptying the lungs , inspire and make it again for several minutes.
Try to do this exercise several times a day , and see how you look without worrying everyday problems .
